ABOUT Shaped by the underground nightlife of Montreal and my years in Amsterdam, my connection to electronic music is intuitive. I began producing shortly after starting to DJ, earning my first label signing with Plaisirs Sonores and releasing “Mixed Signals” on Rummel.
After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Toronto, I moved to Milan to continue my path towards becoming a licensed architect at Politecnico di Milano. For me music and architecture are two expressions with the same intention: to shape what can be felt. Both are indispensable to my identity.
MY PROCESS My background in violin shapes how I listen, write melodies and produce. My older brother introduced me to artists like Moderat, Jamie xx, Radiohead and James Blake, who shaped my musical taste and whose influence I still hear in my work.
I often begin with a melody, letting it shape the direction. From there I develop a concept, giving each track a narrative while leaving room for listeners to find their own meaning.
MY GOAL I want to make music that holds its own on a dancefloor and stays with the audience. That means giving myself room to experiment while developing a sound that feels recognisably mine through its refinement and emotional depth.
I’m drawn to labels and spaces that give my sound and artistry room to grow and value music that lasts.
